My name is Alan Cunningham, LEED-AP, AICP. I am a native of Atlanta and have lived in Greenville, SC; Philadelphia, PA and Fairfax, VA.
My greatest weakness is that I will always look for fish when I walk or bike over suburban or urban streams. This has been the case since I stepped in Peavine Creek in Atlanta for my first urban watershed study. I have since pursued a career as a sustainable transportation planner.
These are my thoughts about transportation, environment, design, history and solutions.
I am currently editing a book for publication in early 2016 on Sustainable Transportation from UIT Cambridge. I am working on a kernel of a book on the future of money. Some of what’s here is in those books.
